Here's a few lines from one of my commentaries. All the html is not necessary. Mostly you would use bold, italic, underline, breaks, and paragraphs (i.e. <b>...</b> <i>...</i> <u>...</u> <br> <p> and anything else that works). Bible verses will be converted without using <scripref>...</scripref>.
