Formatting

I find 95% of the time I do the same steps. I usually copy/paste or type into a module. Would like a customizable shortcut built into the editor? User would set these parameters and "click" one icon to format personal choice. (see below) If it would be possible. Just trying to get things done easy and faster... :)
If it is available or I am missing something, please, anyone let me know...
Here are my present steps:
  1. Build - Load text into module entry
  2. Run - Style and Format Cleaner
  3. Edit - select all
  4. Choose - Remove Link
  5. Edit - select all
  6. Format - Set Block Format
  7. Choose - Paragraph
For me this has been the best formatting for almost "all" entries within the SwordSearcher editor. I do love the MS Word editing and formatting capabilities, but after much discussion with Forum users, it is best to stick with SwordSearcher {built-in} editor for sharing modules. This practice I agree is best.

Are you using Word?

If not, why not paste whatever you are working on into Word, format,. and the copy & past back into SS?

Sorry, not really clear what you are doing to me. I may just be thick.

Ya copy/paste from Word is always ok. My real point was to make modules more SwordSesrcher friendly so I do use the SS editorI. Personsl modules I use quite a bit of HTML, code.
