Horizontal Lines in book module

Is there a way to keep "red fill" horizontal lines? After Style and Format it reverts to the "simple (single) line install". I just like the red line fill in some lessons. I've tried a few html codes to save it after but to no avail.

The Style and Format Cleaner will not keep the styles on an HR element. You'll need to avoid using the Style and Format Cleaner if you don't want to remove those.
