Is there a keyboard shortcut for toggling between raw HTML and WYSIWYG editing which can be toggled with the mouse in File > Preferences?

No, but the next release will make switching between the HTML and WYSIWYG editors a snap -- they will both be active in the editor and selectable by tabs, rather than as a general program preference.
