Keyboard shortcuts for Edit > Design Mode & Edit > Code Edit Mode

For those who like keyboard shortcuts, it would be nice to have them for these two items (when editing a user resource). I think Control-D is available and would be nice for Edit > Design Mode. Maybe Control-E would work for Edit > Code Edit Mode (since Control-C is always used for Copy).

I continually switch between those two modes and this would make it so I don't have to touch the mouse.
