Since a person can find either of these in PDF on the internet, it seems it would be natural to assume that they are in the public domain. If so, I would think that it would not matter where a person gets their material for putting it into SwordSearcher - wrong? I think Thayers is ok to share but I am not sure about Moulton and Milligan, for I got the idea from looking at what Brandon posted that it might be about 5 more years before it can be released but I am not very positive at all about the information on the Cornell site.
Does anyone, or Brandon, have any further input on this? I have Thayers ready and am still working on Mouton and Milligan but intend at this point to have it only for personal usages.
