Quick concordance (QC)

With the QC, is there a way to consistently cause the expression in the search box stay selected after the search? It would be efficient to be able to start a new search without having to click in the search box, select and delete the unselected, previous search. It seems to happen because the QC begins searching as one types. I try to remember to type Ctrl-a when I have done the search. Could closing or minimizing the QC cause it to be selected?

I can make it so that the search box selects all text when the Quick Concordance window is activated and when you press Enter in it. That should make it more consistent.
