I broke my new sword searcher 10 app somehow. Don't know what I did but it won't boot.

Tried to reinstall but I need a serial # from somewhere and can't find it. I sent an email but haven't heard back.

I reply to emails like that promptly. Check your spam folder in case your email provider incorrectly classified it as spam.

Your serial number would be with your original order email, but you have a much bigger problem. You don't have a valid installation at all if you get messages like that when you start up. You'll need to re-install the full version.

I had to get a replacement for my computer and I had to go download SwordSearcher. All my works through the years were lost. However, I later found that via OneNote I finally got all of them back. However, all the commentary works that are in the purchased edition of SS are lost and I no longer have Gill's Commentary, which I value highly. Brandon, or anyone else, can you help me get them back? Thanks.

I have TeamViewer ready to go any time.
 
The Gill commentary is part of the full SwordSearcher installation. If you install the full version you'll have it. Just go to the TABS menu and choose "Select which tabs to show."

You should check your spam folder in case your download links were incorrectly classified as spam.
