After going deeper into SwordSearcher as my main (actually only) study tool, the shortcuts for sermon prep and study are becoming more important. I am not saying that I don't try, but it is difficult (sometimes) to use URL's and link things (As instructed by SwordSearcher Help) Appendix: SwordSearcher URL Protocol
unless there is "some knowledge" of the sort. Especially when new additions sre added, I would like to save searches and searh results as a link or at least build a module of links for that purpose.
It is not the responsibilty of SwordSearcher to do it all, I agree. What I am asking is, if the Forum will be that avenue of learning going forward? What will get us to the point when we all can use the URL built in shortcuts for saving those things we discover while doing a study and search? Many shortcuts have been learned and I even created a module just for "shortcuts". I copy paste all I can (mostly wsbones) and Brandon from the Forum, into thast module for later reference.
I would love to see a video or Zoom type spoonsored classroom showing these practices. In school we had to learn on our own. Here on the Forum, my desire and prayer is that we can learn from each other.
Maybe this is just me, because I love creating modules and learning the code and shortcuts, while others just study, understood. It may be a small crowd for this. I would join it!
