Is there a way to move from tabto tab - say when the commentary window is in focus - with the keyboard or a shortcut command?

These are the closest to what you're asking for:

•Shift+Ctrl+F10: Next Bible version tab

•Shift+Ctrl+F11: Next highlighted Book tab

•Shift+Ctrl+F12: Next highlighted Commentary tab

For the book and commentary panels, they only cycle through "highlighted tabs," which are tabs that indicate corresponding content with the active entry.
