User Module Editor Suggestion

I have created a user module and while in editing I notice there is an oddity in numbering and lines as below a title. There appears this double space between the subtitle and listing beneath. I wish to tighten this but the editor does not have a selection for spaces. As you notice, bringing the list to directly beneath would make a better format.

As a work-around, if you have Word, you can create your bulleted list in Word and set the paragraph spacing on the subtitle to 0 (or 1 or 2), then copy that to the SwordSearcher editor - it will keep the formatting.
