If you click on Shared in your 1drive folder, you can see who downloaded a file. This is in my public folder

Did you look online? Not the folder on your PC. I usually go to the 1Drive website and drag the zip file to the public folder. I don't use 1Drive on my PC. Too many problems.

When you place it in the public folder, create a read-only link to it. Anyone with the link can download it but not change the file in the public 1drive folder location. Good luck.
