Build Commentary

Thanks wsbones and Brandon. now send me all your comments on the bible;
and I will upload that into my new Bible Commentary! Ha!:D😁😇😎✝️

Forge doesn't write empty entries to a compiled module. I can't imagine how a commentary module that says it has content on an entry that is actually blank would be helpful. If you describe your use-case maybe I can suggest a different approach.
Yep that would be funny too, empty! I just did not explain correctly.

Here's the link to updated Empty Commentary:

Follow - Up thank you.
I do see an advantage of the other (Try this link on my onedrive: Empty Bible or Commentary.zip) file you sent also. Used as a commentary module to track only comments made, because that way "only" comments made would be in the drop down list.

But with this new one you did, I think it is the Bonus Edition. It was what I was trying to do.
Thanks again brother, as Brandon said (GMTA) I had to go look that up... 😎

You could put a margin link to older version like this: When you click on EMPTY it would open the editor with an empty topic.

Ya I like your thinking. Will try that now, but you do know I am slow and old. Ha! Thanks.

Does the version here matter? I thought it would be 10.0 (10.0.5.26020 x64)
Curious only...
The rest I get...

; Bible or commentary module for SwordSearcher 6.1.0.15
; User Bible
; ENCODING: UTF-8
; TITLE: Empty Commentary
; ABBREVIATION: EComm

That's informational for humans. Forge ignores it.
OK got it. Because after running Forge to edit and correct stuff then run it back (to SwordSearcher) to a Working Module, I am seeing things that before did not understood. And the blank Commentary Module example wsbones sent me, actually said Built with Forge 4.0 after I was through with it. This is a first for me.

If you are having a problem, you'll have to describe what is not working correctly.

Are you talking about the module info screen? If you don't provide an AUTHORDETAIL entry, you'll get the basic informational one that says Forge built it.

Just pointing out the details, once you go to module information screen, this was the first time I saw the "Built with Forge 4.0.2.3" on any module that I built. Will have to check and see what others say.

That shows that you edited it after building it, so the forge notification was overwritten. Forge leaves a note there when it builds a module unless you provide an AUTHORDETAIL. In SwordSearcher, any time you edit a module, the info screen is replaced with a last-edited notice.

I have you beat.
I won't ask your age. Ha! Regie and I have spoken on video call thru TeamViewer helping him on some issues. He has stated his age and am impressed with his abilities as well. Of course "tech" was your background seems like you told me once.

Help please, what is the keyboard for pasting an already inserted link into the editor right beside the link?
Brandon showed me this once, after today I will place it safe spot! :(🆘

I highlighted the link (below) inside of the editor, then (what combination of keys) to insert it in same place.

Biblical Basis for Church Planting:
1. The Great Commission – Matthew 28:19–20 (insert here)
Church planting is part of fulfilling Jesus’ command to make disciples in all nations.
Disciples need churches where they can be nurtured and grow.
