    Repititious editing?

Yes, I thank you much for your reply and I have discovered that the free ones I have found are just too much for me to absorb and I have given up and decided that I was wasting more time in trying to find the easier and faster way and what little I did discover, I grew afraid that the macro was...

    Repititious editing?

Is there not a macro that I can create for repeating the same thing over and over & over - a macro? It seems I have done such before, but I do not remember how I did it. Than ks, Regie

    Visible tabs?

My Swordsearcher has lost the ability to change the visible tabs. My latest module can be found by going to the Book/Select Book and will bring it up. However the tab does not appear. I can try to make all tabs show up by selecting all, but it changes nothing. In case I have made any sense...

Removing superscript footnotes when using Forge

Thanks to both of you for your replies. The work I am doing is Moulton andl Milligans Vocabulary of the Greek NT for my pastor (it is far above my Greek knowledge to say the least. I can find pdf copies of it online in places and one bible software has it for sale. As best I can tell from...

Removing superscript footnotes when using Forge

I have a work in progress which has a lot of footnotes (superscripted) (such as 108216 except super instead of subscript). When i try to use Forge it will all be showing as 108216 (not what I want). Is there a way to set Forge to tell it to put it properly? I thought saving as UTF8 would take...

Moulton and Milligan and Thayers Lexicons

Since a person can find either of these in PDF on the internet, it seems it would be natural to assume that they are in the public domain. If so, I would think that it would not matter where a person gets their material for putting it into SwordSearcher - wrong? I think Thayers is ok to share...

    No BDB or Thayers?

I copied all the separate entry titles from Strongs. If I had used only the Strongs numbers without the complete title, it would not have been as useful. I put an S in front of Thayers, so it would be located close to the Strongs work. So, now if you are looking at a Strongs entry, the...

    No BDB or Thayers?

What I sent to you is not yet entirely as I would like it to be. Notice that much of the Hebrew words are huge - much too big and it makes the text very uneven and rugged looking. So, I ran it into Forge and got all that straightened out. However, Forge did not leave links intact, which I did...

If I wait until I get it looking just like I want it, I figure I will indeed be an old, old man. It is on the way to you. If anyone else wants it as is, please let me know.

On second thought - I feel like you are one person who might get some good out of it now. I can send it and then when I get it just like I want it, I can send it to you again. As you catch errors in it, maybe you can notify me and I can correct them. You can edit and share it as you like.

Let me finish correcting the Hebrew words that are showing as garbled stuff before I send it. Maybe you can somehow make the remaining Hebrew words the right size or re-work the module to make it better and share it. I did not do the BDD (or whatever the name) Hebrew one.

    No BDB or Thayers?

Well, I have finished the work. Yesterday I worked hard to try to get the font size, etc. all equal. I tried rebuilding the module, but whether the file is too big for that or not, I do not know, but everytime I have tried it, it did not work. I have a sneaky feeling that it also would remove...

    United module-sharing on the internet

I already got a seemingly favorable reply from the BibleAnalyzer creator, Tim Morton. So, who knows, this idea might get off the ground yet. So far, I have not heard from the other two. Do you have any suggestions pertaining as where to start this sharing site? I do have a site that I might...

I did finish it yesterday - now I just need to go back and make the Hebrew words look like Hebrew, instead of garbled stuff that means nothing to me - well, come to think of it, neither does Hebrew, but at least I like for it to look Hebrew. :)

    English to Hebrew/Greek Analysis

I use the Bible search and search for a word such as endur* and change the bible to KJVSL. That will find all the words beginning with endur and each entry shows the Greek or Hebrew word each verse uses.

Thanks. I am almost done with it - expect to finish it today and then begin fine-tuning it. I can send it privately to you anytime, if you will send me your email or I can send it to you via TransferBigFiles. It appears that it will be between 7.5 and 8 meg total size.

    United module-sharing on the internet

Dear all, It is easy to export user-created modules from SwordSearcher into HTML and then into Microsoft Word. Since some other bible software programs have things that we might want to put into SwordSearcher, do you think we could likely get co-operation among users of some or all these...

    No BDB or Thayers?

I'm right in the same boat with you - a simpleton. However, my pastor has studied and knows the Koine Greek sufficiently that I tackled this project for him and another pastor friend who has much, much more understanding of it than I do. I have just scraped the surface of Greek very slightly and...
