Sword Searcher FROZEN [RESOLVED]

Update: we were able to determine that the cause of this problem was Comodo software running on the system. After removing that, SwordSearcher is able to start up on her computer and not freeze up. It turns out that this particular security suite has a lot of complaints with causing other programs to freeze and slow down Windows, etc.
