    Default Font Size in Editor

That is exactly what the problem was. I had the default font size on one machine set to 12 but it was set to 13 on the other. I changed it to 12 and the drop-down now defaults to Medium. Thank you very much. :)

    Default Font Size in Editor

Yes sir it does update when the caret is moved within text that has already been entered. I should probably have mentioned earlier that when the editor window is first opened I can see "Medium" in the drop-down but then it disappears. Thank you Brandon.

    Default Font Size in Editor

The drop down is empty only on the laptop running Win 10 regardless of whether I am starting a new entry or modifying an existing entry. The problem doesn't manifest at all on the desktop running Win 7.

    Default Font Size in Editor

I have SS installed on a desktop (Win 7) and a laptop (Win 10). On my desktop when I open the editor to add to my personal commentary the font size defaults to "Medium" but on my laptop the drop-down showing the font size is always blank so I have to select the size I want. I suspect that...

    Current Default Highlight Color

<gentle nudge for implementation>I find some of the underline colors currently available too light while most of the highlight colors too dark.</gentle nudge for implementation>:)

    Cutting my teeth on Forge

So I've been trying to familiarize myself with Forge and I get the general concept of how I need to markup a commentary to sync the commentaries for each verse with the selected bible verse. How would I handle any introductory comments for a bible book or chapter that's part of the commentary?

    Forge How-to Videos

Actually, having spent some time scanning through the forge help file I think I'll figure this out. Thanks

    Forge How-to Videos

I really appreciate the newsletters and all the videos showing how to get the most out of SS. I would really like to see some videos on how to use Forge. I have some commentaries in an electronic format and I'd love to convert them into SS modules to aid in bible study. Any chance that you might...

    Scripture Memory Tool

You're right, that is a nice utility in esword... but the only reason I keep it installed is because I purchased several commentaries. I wish there was a way that I could roll them over to SS then I would use it exclusively. If you have a smart phone there's an app called "Remember Me" that's...

    Current Default Highlight Color

Brandon, do you foresee adding the ability to modify or add different colors for highlighting and underlining within the bible? Thank you. :)

    Thanks for the Newsletters!!

I always learn something from the newsletters you send. I didn't realize how much could be done with the word clouds. What a fantastic study aid. Ditto for the passage analysis. I have purchased a lot of software over the years, most of it work related. I can honestly say that SS is, hands down...

    History Trail

Just after posting this I saw that if I right-click on the existing navigation buttons a drop down displays. Please disregard my request.

    History Trail

While the Forward and Back buttons are convenient to move to the previous or next reference, it would be nice to have a drop down list that would store all of the visited references for a given session. This would allow one to easily navigate to a bible location that was visited several...

    Scripture Memory Tool

Actually, I was just thinking of something as simple as flash cards. I've seen other tools that offer different types of "tests", such as having you type the first letter of each word in the verse to make the whole word appear. I have to admit though, your approach really is simple and...

Have you ever given thought to implementing a scripture memory tool? That would be a very nice addition. Thanks very much for SwordSearcher! :)

    Verse Selection in Paragraph Mode

Yeah, I can double click and it brings up the verse list but I just want to give the verse focus if I click on it without having to dismiss the verse list; the same action that happens when you click on the verse widget "( )". I can use the Alt + up/dn to select the previous or the next verse...
